Privacy notice

Version 1.1 · 18 October 2026

Pro-Motion operates pro-motion.dev and is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions and data requests: support@pro-motion.dev.

This notice covers the Pro-Motion website and shared account. Individual products, including SuperPower FX, have their own product-specific data practices, which will be explained before you use them. Shared sign-in is in a closed test; public registration is not open yet.

Website visits

Our server may record your network address, the time and requested page, and the result of the request. We use these technical records to keep the website secure and find faults. We keep website access records for up to 30 days. The public information pages use no advertising or analytics trackers.

Signing in with Google

When you choose to sign in, Pro-Motion requests only the openid and email permissions. Google provides your email address, its verification status and a stable Google account identifier. We store your email address, the identifier, an internal Pro-Motion account identifier and the times of account creation and sign-in. We use these to identify your Pro-Motion account. Product access is managed separately; product accounts are not connected to shared sign-in yet.

We do not store Google access tokens, refresh tokens or ID tokens. Temporary sign-in state expires after 10 minutes. Codes, cookies and tokens are excluded from sign-in access logs.

We do not request your Google password, Gmail messages, Drive files, contacts or calendar. We do not use Google account data for advertising or sell it. We use it only to provide your account, manage access, respond to your requests and protect the service.

Cookies and support

Account features use an essential, secure cookie to keep you signed in and protect the sign-in process. A signed-in session lasts up to 14 days, unless you sign out or delete your account earlier. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you contact support, we receive the address and content you send so that we can respond. Avoid sending passwords or confidential project material.

Service providers

DigitalOcean hosts our website in the United States. Google provides sign-in and the support mailbox. Porkbun routes mail sent to our domain. They process data needed to provide these services. We may also disclose data when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep account data while your account is in use. You can delete your shared account from the account page; this removes the live identity record and its sessions. Infrastructure backup copies may retain deleted data for up to 7 days. We keep support correspondence as needed to handle your request. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your account data by writing to support@pro-motion.dev. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to object or complain to a data protection authority.

You can choose not to sign in and still read the public pages. Features that require an account will need sign-in. Pro-Motion is intended for creative professionals and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

We will update this page when our data practices change. Before requesting any additional Google permissions or using Google account data for a new purpose, we will explain the change and request consent.
