1. These terms
These terms apply to pro-motion.dev and to your Pro-Motion account. Pro-Motion ("we") operates the site. Each product has its own terms as well; for SuperPower FX this is its beta licence. Where a product's terms say something different about that product, they apply.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. An account is for one person: use your own Google account and keep it secure. You can delete your account at any time on the account page. How we handle your data is described in the privacy notice.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the site or your account to send spam, insults or threats; to break the law or other people's rights; to get into accounts, data or parts of the service that are not yours; to overload or disrupt the service, including with automated requests; or to impersonate someone. What you publish (comments, your name, your avatar, presets) is seen by other users; publish only what you have the right to publish.
4. Wishes
You can send us wishes for our products. Write them yourself and leave out personal data about other people. You allow us to use a wish freely to improve our products, without payment or obligation; we do not promise to answer or to build what you ask for. For spam or rudeness we may turn off wishes for your account.
5. Restricting or blocking an account
If you break these terms, we may restrict your account (its online functions in our products stop) or block it, and we may remove what you sent. If you think we made a mistake, write to support.
6. Availability
The site and the account are provided as they are, without warranty. They may change, be interrupted or end. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the site, which is zero.
7. Changes
We may change these terms. This page shows the date of the current version; we announce significant changes on the site or in our products before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
